Pink Villa

PRICE ON REQUEST

It is the pink villa with a head and a square shape, which closes the front of the historic buildings next to it, visible already from Basiglio. It is a very particular villa both in size and type and which characterizes the village and its history.

It retains the value and elegance of a unique villa linked to the Main Courtyard, but at the same time it is also the first building that can be admired upon entering the village next to the receptions. In fact, it has always aroused the amazement of those who enter the village due to its historical, noble and square shape.

The villa enjoys quadruple exposure, as it rises well above the neighboring buildings. Regularity denotes the front and back of the villa, with two very high arched portals placed in continuity of view with large, very bright windows on the sides. At certain moments in the late afternoon and morning the sun crosses the villa from portal to portal with a very fascinating play of light.

The two portals represent the entrances, one on the garden and swimming pool side, the other towards the courtyard of the 4 mulberry trees, but there is still a private staircase on the left that leads to another private entrance directly on the first floor.

Entering from the courtyard of the 4 mulberry trees, what stands out most are the width, the height of the ceiling, the two ancient brick pillars and the endless view beyond the second portal.

The environments are open, and very high, and allow very interesting distributions of space. A bathroom and a large laundry room functionally complete the garden level.

The upper floor is accessed with an open staircase on the left, upon arrival there is not a narrow distribution corridor as in modern houses and closed doors, but rather a square-shaped living room from which you can see two different flights of stairs who go up to the even higher floor.

But remaining on the floor, there are therefore 4 very large rooms, two of which with en suite bathrooms, again decorated with exposed bricks, on the sides of the living room itself, as well as a bathroom however. The 4 rooms are located in correspondence with the side windows, each of which enjoys a wonderful and unobstructed view, both towards the swimming pool and Basiglio and towards the interior of the village since there are no nearby buildings.

From the first floor there are two stairs that lead to the attic, (now registered as such, but recoverable for residential purposes given the heights). The left staircase leads to a private part with a large bathroom and large room with window, the right staircase leads to a single very large open space with exposed beams, recovered medieval tiles, illuminated on the entire front by windows up to ground, which are in turn decorated with recycled bricks.

The villa has undergone conservative restoration and has since been rented at very significant values to top managers of primary multinational companies.
